Our best sellers are the kitchen classes for groups and couples. In our kitchen school in Girona we will cook with them the typical rice dishes from the Costa Brava they can book in various flavors: mar y montaña (with seafood and meat), caldoso (with a lot of good broth and fish), risotto or vegetarian paella for the ones who want to eat without animal ingredients. 

They will have a great time experimenting with cooking and eating the rice dishes with wine, a fresh salad, olives, and the typical tomato toast bread, and last but not least the dessert: "Crema Catalana".

I offer all these experiences in English, French, German, and, of course, in Spanish or Catalan.

Here is a basic recipe to make a healthy smoothie at home:

Smoothies or green juices with vegetables, fruits, seeds, and superfoods

Ingredients:

  • A green leafy vegetable such as kale, spinach, beetroot, cabbage, radishes, mint, celery, parsley, and rocket ...
  • Fruit: pears, apples, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries.
  • 200 ml water or almond milk
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 10-25 ml seawater
  • Soaked chia, flax, or hemp seeds 
  • Superfoods: spirulina algae, moringa, wheatgrass, chlorella algae, maca powder or matcha tea

 Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients of our choice in a blender and blend them.
  2. Then drink the juice or smoothy fresh.

Important information:

A green vegetable drink or smoothie is better made with 70% vegetables, 30% fruits, seeds, salt or seawater, and superfoods, giving us taste, fiber, and vitality.

It is best to prepare them only during hot weather or when we are physically active, as they will have a cooling effect on our bodies.
